Category Management
You as the administrator will have a secure login. You will be able to create / edit categories in which you would like to post events. A user may search within these categories and use other search parameters to locate the event.

Event Creation
Creation of an event is straight forward. You have the facility to input the event name, venue details, event description and also upload the image that is suitable for your event. You may also post special instructions for the event.

Seats
Our software offers a flexible seating module for your event. You may post multiple seating categories and define the number of seats for each seating type (E.g. Balcony, First Class etc). You may also define viewing types for each seating type (E.g. Adult, Child). The available seats are dynamically displayed to the customer. We can provide you seat number management module at an additional price of GBP 300

Pricing
You may define multiple pricing for each of the seating classes (E.g. Balcony, First Class etc) and also define pricing based on view type (E.g. Balcony Seat for Adult, Balcony Seat for Child).

Event Schedule
An event start date, time, end date & time can be configured. You may also set a last date for registration of tickets. This ensures that tickets are not sold after the last date. You may however change this by editing the event.

Recurring Events
You may post recurring events based on a periodicity. The event is automatically published based on the periodicity. You may schedule your recurrence to every seven days, ten days etc. This especially useful for clubs and semi formal bodies which have events every weekends or based on a specific periodicity.

Cloning
You may clone an existing or a past event and use this to post a new event. This saves you the bother of keying in the data for the new event. All you need to do is click on the clone button and you have all the information ready. You can change the dates of the event and publish it.
